Royal Apparel knits our own fabric and dye the color. Each time we issue a new production of fabric, we produce new rolls of raw fabric.
We then dye the fabric to one of over 100 colors we offer. Each color has a unique recipe; many factors go into the dyeing such as: mixing of the dyes, temperature, dyeing time, size of the dye machine.
Every time we dye a new batch we work to recreate our formula for the color; however, shading can occur as each batch is unique.
