Can I pick up my order? 

Yes! We offer a Customer Pick-Up option during checkout.

• NY Warehouse Orders: Pick up at our Hauppauge, NY location, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST.
• CA Warehouse Orders: Pick up at our San Bernardino, CA location, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. PST.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you when it’s ready for pick-up. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST or 12:00pm PST will be ready for the following business day. We kindly ask that you contact us prior to your arrival to confirm your order is ready and to schedule a pick-up appointment.
