All returns must be shipped to our New York warehouse, regardless of whether the order was originally shipped from NY or CA.
Customers are responsible for verifying receipt of all items and inspecting merchandise upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
To request a return authorization (RA) number, please contact us in writing and include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
Once a written RA number has been issued, goods must be returned within 10 days. Returns are processed in the order they are received. After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. If a credit is being issued to your credit card, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. You may contact us at any time for a return status update.
Please note that returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted for samples, clearance items, or face coverings/masks. Altered merchandise, including screen printed
