If your order doesn’t arrive, please first track the package on that carrier’s website. Click here to see tracking for your orders. After you have tracked your order, if you find the package wasn’t delivered please contact us with the details of your order so that we can assist. It is important that you notify us of any missing packages within 10 days of order being placed.
Note- if your order doesn’t arrive because an invalid address was entered when placing the order (I.E. PO BOX for FedEx or UPS, Missing apartment number, etc. you may be charged any additional fees that that carrier charges us to deliver.)
